The lawmaker representing Kwara Central, Senator Saliu Mustapha, has congratulated his predecessor and Chairman of the Governing Council of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), Senator Ibrahim Yahaya Oloriegbe, on his 65th birthday.
In a congratulatory message issued on Wednesday, Senator Mustapha commended the former lawmaker for his service to the nation.
He wished him many more years of good health, happiness, and continued success in all his endeavors.
The senator also prayed that Allah grant him more strength and wisdom as he continues to serve the country.
